The Nevada Appeal posted this article on the RIAA & their approach to the "problem" of file-sharing. She makes a good point. I have to wonder why it is ok to to tape a song off of the radio but it not ok to copy a digital file? Also, if I have already paid the artist by buying the cd, why should I have to pay them again to transfer format? The law needs to change. Ok, enough of my babbling.
