This episode of the Bing Crosby show features the Andrews Sisters, as
well as an appearance by the Firehouse Five plus Two. The Firehouse
Five was a band that was led by Ward Kimball, one of the most well known
of Disneys animators. The rest of the band was composed primarally of
animators from the Walt Disney studio as well. They play Dixieland hot
jazz and give Bing a good workout in this recording. Also of note to
Disney enthusiasts is a mention of the release of Cinderella and a
performance of Bibbity Bobbety Boo by Bing & the Andrews Sisters.
